Four times a year we assess the whole floor — where each rep actually stands, what the team keeps losing to, and whether the training landed. Each assessment comes with a session in the room to fix what the numbers found. This is the plan for a company that wants the curve to keep going up instead of flattening after the first quarter.

With your consent and your reps', Clario connects to the actual sales calls, scores what really happens in them, and reports as it happens — so a manager sees the floor while the week is still fixable, not in a post-mortem.
